External trigger sources (e.g. patient monitoring system) may be
connected with the help of the trigger input to drive MR sequences.
To trigger external devices, the PMU has a trigger output that is
currently not supported by the software.
The connections for the trigger input/output are located on the cover
of the MR system. Trigger input/output are galvanically isolated with
respect to the MR system.
