Area of application

The Busch Presence Watchdog DualLINE 6813/11-... (hereinafter called
Presence Watchdog) is intended solely for indoor use, e.g. in offices, schools or
private buildings. It can be used only in combination with the following units:
– Universal relay insert 6401U-102
– Standard relay insert 6812U-101
– MOS-FET insert 6804 U-101
– Extension unit 6805U
– Universal series insert 6402U
– Universal dimmer insert 6593 U
– Universal control unit 6550U-101
The unit is intended for installation on the ceiling and can be concealed (e.g. in
suspended ceilings) or surface-mounted (optional housing, part no. 6885). The
Presence Watchdog has highly sensitive sensor/lens systems. Various loads
(depending on the flush-mounting insert) are controlled via a brightness-/motion-
dependent output. As a result, it is possible to control 2 independent loads
depending on the outside light. The extent of functionality of the device depends
on the height of installation (see chapter 5) among other things.
In addition, it is possible to adapt the detection range with an enclosed film (see
chapter 8.3).
