Error Meaning
code
311 The maximum switching frequency of
H
the F-module has been exceeded.
312 The minimum permissible temperature
H
limit has been violated.
314 The 1oo2 discrepancy time set for op‐
H
eration has been exceeded.
Possible causes:
• Incorrect parameter assignment
• Wire break of the supply cable of the
sensor
315 An error occurred during the plausibility
H
check of the input signal between the
processors. You must correct the error
within 100 hours.
Possible causes:
• The input signal is disturbed, For ex‐
ample, by impermissibly high elec‐
tromagnetic interference.
• A high-frequency input signal is
present. for example, due to mutual
interference of sensors or because
the signal is above the sampling fre‐
quency of the input signal.
• There is a brief interruption / transi‐
ent short-circuit of the sensor line
(loose contact).
• The sensor/switch bounces.
31C Possible causes:

• The input signal is short-circuited
with P.
• There is a short-circuit in the inter‐
nal sensor supply with P.
• There is a short circuit of two sensor
supplies.
• The capacitance of the connected
sensor for the configured test time is
too high.
• The sensor is defective.
321 The supply voltage is too high.

322 The supply voltage is too low.

Remedy
Reduce the switching frequency of the
sensor.
Operate the F-module in the specified
temperature range. (See section "Tech‐
nical specifications (Page 67)")
Check the discrepancy time, the sensors
and their wiring.
• Use shielded cables to reduce influ‐
ences on EMC
• Reduce the input frequency
• Check the wiring of the sensor.
• Check the wiring.
• Check the configured test time and
the process wiring.
• Replace the sensor.
Check the supply voltage.
