Expanding the Fabric using Multiple FM 1006 Devices

FM 1006 devices can be connected to expand the Composable Fabric. Three 24-fiber MTP cables are used to connect to
an FM 1006 device to the next FM 1006 device, and an additional three cables are used to connect to the previous FM
1006 device.
To connect FM 1006 devices together, use 24 fiber MTP to MTP cables available in varying lengths (1, 3, 5, 10, 20 and
100M). You need six cables to expand an FM 1006 device to other FM 1006 devices. For part numbers and descriptions
of supported cables, refer to the document, HPE Composable Fabric Support Matrix.
