utmost attention. Pay attention to your actions, do not get distracted by other vehicles,
persons and/or things near the road, etc. Do not smoke, eat, drink, read, etc. while
driving the vehicle. If you need to consult a road map, pull over and carry out the
operation in complete safety. Use only the fuels and lubricants specified for the vehicle
listed in the RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS TABLE; regularly check the coolant, fuel
and oil levels. If the throttle remains locked, it could result in a collision with another
vehicle or a fall. If the throttle remains locked, stop the engine with the engine stop
switch located on the right handlebar. Do not try to restart the engine until the throttle
has been repaired and is fully functional. Failure to observe this warning can result in
loss of control resulting in serious injury or even death.

IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY CAUSING THE THROTTLE TO LOCK, AL-
WAYS STOP THE ENGINE USING THE ENGINE STOP SWITCH LOCATED NEAR
THE THROTTLE GRIP ON THE RIGHT SEMI-HANDLEBAR. DO NOT OPERATE
THE VEHICLE IF THE THROTTLE DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY RETURN COM-
PLETELY TO IDLE ONCE THE THROTTLE GRIP IS RELEASED. FOR REPAIRS,
PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL Moto Guzzi Dealer. FAILURE TO OBSERVE
THIS WARNING COULD LEAD TO SERIOUS ACCIDENT WITH CONSEQUENT
INJURY OR EVEN DEATH.
