FOUR-POSITION SWITCH SETTINGS 1 (UP) Advertises 100 Mb/s FULL-DUPLEX ONLY during autonegotiation. (DOWN) (Used primarily when connecting Fiber Port UP=ON to hub.) Operates at 100 Mb/s in duplex mode of attached device.

    OPERATION After installation, the media converter should function without operator intervention. Status LEDs Use the status LEDs to monitor media converter operation in the network. Power Fiber Power Illuminated green LED indicates connection to external AC power. Signal Detect/Fiber: Steady green LED indicates fiber port is connected to device.
