Instrument Software Installation
The instrument software, which includes the soft front panel (SFP), device drivers
(IVI-C and IVI.NET), and documentation for the M940xB and P939XA products,
must be downloaded from Keysight's website.
Contact Keysight Support at www.keysight.com/find/assist.
Use the following procedure to install the software:
1. Launch the Keysight IO Libraries Suite installer and follow the prompts.
2. Launch the Keysight M940x installer and follow the prompts.
3. Restart the host PC.
4. Save M940x_Setup-1.0.474.0.exe on the controller that will connect to your
device (Figure 10).

5. Run the Windows InstallShield and follow the installation steps.
