components are customer replaceable units (CRU) and which components are field replaceable units
(FRU).

Action
1. Reseat fan 6.
2. Remove fan 6 to isolate the problem.
3. Reseat the DIMMs in microprocessor/memory card 4. See
"Removing a DIMM" on page 48 and "Replacing a DIMM" on
page 49.
4. Replace the following components one at a time, in the order
shown, restarting the server each time:
a. Failing DIMM, see "Removing a DIMM" on page 48 and
"Replacing a DIMM" on page 49.
b. Microprocessor/memory card 4. See "Removing a
microprocessor/memory card" on page 51 and "Replacing a
microprocessor/memory card" on page 51.
c. (Trained service technician only) I/O board. See "Removing
the I/O board assembly" on page 68 and "Replacing the I/O
board assembly" on page 69.
(Trained service technician only) Replace the I/O board, see
"Removing the I/O board assembly" on page 68 and "Replacing
the I/O board assembly" on page 69.
(Trained service technician only) Replace the I/O board, see
"Removing the I/O board assembly" on page 68 and "Replacing
the I/O board assembly" on page 69.
