Start character and stop character setting

Codabar start and end characters are allowed to be one of the four characters "A", "B", "C",
and "D"; the terminator is also allowed to be "T", "N", "*", " E" one of these four characters.
The start and end characters are not transmitted by default
Do not transmit start and end characters
