GNSDXT., GNSDXS. Beam 1. Slide end of Mounting Bracket (B) under beam. Note: 3 brackets are required for 54” screens or greater, 2 brackets required f or 48” or smaller. 2. Loosely assemble Mounting Clamps (C) onto Mounting Bracket with 2 button head screws (E) per clamp.

3. Turn bayonets (D) into mounting brackets. 4. Slide brackets along beam to align bayonets with holes in screen (A). 5. Push screen down onto bayonets. 6. Slide screen assembly into desired location. 7. Tighten screws in mounting brackets. GNSMXT. 1.

2. Position Mounting Bracket (H) onto Screen Bracket. 3. Secure in place with 2 button head screws (L). Right Side Left Side Hole Plug Bracket Bracket Hole Plug 4. For 39” wide screen, mount brackets in proper holes based on location. Insert Hole Plugs (J) into unused holes.

GNSDRS.,GNSDRT. 1. Insert Bayonet Assemblies (N) into screen (M). 2. Place object, such as box, onto rail. Set screen assembly onto object. 3. Lower bayonet assemblies to rail. 4. Insert T-Nuts into rail. Make sure T-nut is near bottom of threads. 5.

7. Lower screen down onto rail. 8. Repeat procedure for the next screen. 9. Screens should fi t against each other with minimal gaps. Do not push them together so tight that they bind up when pushed down. If there is variable gap between screens, system may not be level or screens may be too close together so they don’t seat properly.

GNSPXP., GNSPXS., GNSPXT. 1/2” 1 . Attach Bayonets (U) to Screen Bracket (S) with fl at head machine screws (W). 2. Remove protective backing from Non-skid Pad (AU). Attach it to bottom side of Screen Bracket, 1/2” from front edge of bracket. 2.

4. Place assembly at desired location with back of bracket against back of work surface. Mark hole locations. Move assembly to side. Drill pilot hole. Be carefull not to drill through work surface. 5. Return assembly to location. Secure bracket assembly to work surface with 2 truss head screws (AE).

2. Remove End Bracket. Drill two pilot holes using 11/64” (.171) dia drill bit. Drill through surface. Make sure to drill holes straight. 3. Assemble Threaded Stud (V) into bottom of Bayonet (U). Tighten using pliers. 4. Screw both Bayonets into surface. Tighten using 7/16” open end wrench. 5.

Middle of Run Screen Assembly 1. Slide middle of run screen assembly GNSPXT (R) onto work surface at desired location. GNSDRG. Clamp Assembly 1. Assemble Clamp Plate (AA) to Glass Shim (AB). Insert Set Screw (AC). 2. Insert Clamp Assemblies into Rail. Use Gap Fillers (Y) and (Z) to space out clamp assembly to proper locations.

Set Screw 3. Center Glass Screen (X) with work surface. 4. Firmly press screen into fi llers and clamps. Make sure glass is pressed all the way down. 5. Adjust plumb of screen with set screws by tightening one side and loosening the opposite side.

3. Position Mounting Bracket (AG) at end of screen assembly with Clamp Plate (AK) placed between glass bracket. 4. Position Bracket Cap (AH) on opposite side of glass with Clamp Plate (AK) placed between glass and cap. 5. Secure bracket and cap together with 2 hex socket head cap screws (AN).

9. Position screen assembly onto table frame. 10. Loosely assemble Mounting Clamps (C) onto bracket assemblies with socket button head screws (E). 11. Slide assembly into proper position. Tighten screws. 12. Adjust plumb of screen with set screws by Set Screw tightening one side and loosening the opposite side.

Disassembly for Recycling: Materials Identifi cation and Segregation: Where possible, plastic components are marked with ASTM recycling codes. Use these codes to identify material type for recycling. Non marked components should be treated as mixed plastic. Ferrous metals can be identifi ed using a small magnet for recycling.
