Step 1: Adding Document Servers and MFPs
Adding Document Servers
After you have added the primary document server, during the software installation, you can
add more Document Servers to your Document Server Admin
To add other Document Servers on the network:

Click the Add Server icon

Type the IP Address or DNS hostname of the new Document Server and then type a
description of the Server (for example, "Bob's machine")
The new Document Server appears in the Document Server Admin.
Adding MFPs
To add MFPs to your Document Server Admin:

Click the Add MFP icon

Type the IP Address or DNS hostname of the new MFP, and then type a description
of the MFP (for example, "MFP in Print Lab").
