Server Admin Tour
The Lexmark Document Server runs as a Windows service, so it has no user interface. A
second service that runs with the server, the Document Server Gateway, receives incoming
documents from Multifunction Printers (MFPs) and end-user workstations and forwards them
to the Document Server.
Document Server Admin is a client application that provides a user interface that let's you
manage your Document Server, Document Server Gateway, and Lexmark MFPs. This
application can run on the same workstation as the Document Server, or on any workstation
on the network. You can manage more than one Document Server at a time with Document
Server Admin.
