Rinse and clean tomatoes, cut them into
halves and put in an ovenware dish. Add
grated cheese on top. Put dish on grill
rack. Stand for 1-2 minutes.
Rinse pieces and put on a ceramic plate.
Cover with microwave cling film. Pierce
film. Put dish on turntable. Stand for
2 minutes.

Put fresh whole fish into an microwave
oven proof dish. Add a pinch salt, 1 tbsp.
lemon juice and herbs. Cover with
microwave cling film. Pierce film. Put
dish on turntable. Stand for 2 minutes.
Brush skin of whole fish (trout or
gilthead) with oil and add herbs and
spices. Put fish side by side, head to tail
on the grill rack. Turnover, as soon as
the beep sounds. Stand for 3 minutes.
Put fish steaks evenly on the grill rack.
Turnover, as soon as the beep sounds.
