How To Operate - Anest Iwata WRA-M200 Instruction Manual

When the paint leaks from the needle valve packing set, the packing cover becomes a simple tool.
Insert the packing cover pin into the empty hole on the hexagonal face of the needle valve packing set and tighten it 1/12 turn in the direction shown.

■ How to operate

Job １
Suggested air pressure is 1.0 to 3.9 bar (14.5 to 56.6 PSI)
Job ２
Recommended paint viscosity differs according to paint property and painting conditions. 10 to 20 sec/NK/2 cup is recommendable
Job ３
Set the spray distance from the gun to the work piece as near as possible within the range of 150-200 mm ( 5.9- 7.9in)
