Installation: Remote Services Configuration
The ApexPro Telemetry Server is factory configured with remote services disabled.
1.
Click the Control link under the Remote Services menu.
2.
Select the Service Agent Enable radio button.
3.
Click Save to apply control setting changes.
Check for any system log entries indicating a remote services startup failure. View
logs according
to"View Logs"
Contact the remote services back office. They should test the connection between
the ApexPro Telemetry Server and the back office.
