A site survey, along with all associated network upgrades and rack/mounting
preparations must be completed prior to installation.

LOSS OF FUNCTION — Perform a pre-purchase site survey.
Failure to perform a pre-purchase site survey may lead to
improper performance of the ApexPro Telemetry Server and may
effect the performance of the Unity Network as well.
The site survey must be performed by authorized GE Medical Systems Information
Technologies personnel only.
