Important notes If you’re using any of our footswitch daughterboards, DOWNLOAD THE DAUGHTERBOARD DOCUMENT • Download and read the appropriate build document for the daughterboard as well as this one BEFORE you start. • DO NOT solder the supplied Current Limiting Resistor (CLR) to the main circuit board even if there is a place for it. - Page 3 Schematic + BOM D1-2 BAT46* ‡ 1N5817 ‡ Empty 150K Q1-3 Low gain NPN BJT** 22u elec BIAS 22K trimmer 100u elec FUzz 50KA*** *Original diodes are SA815. Try what you like here - they’ll make a big difference to the feel of the fuzz.
- Page 5 The power and signal pads on the PCB conform There are extra pads on trimmers to allow to the FuzzDog Direct Connection format, so can different package formats to be used. Pads are be paired with the appropriate daughterboard for connected via PCB traces as shown above, so quick and easy offboard wiring.
- Page 6 Transistor orientation You can use transistors with any combination of pinouts. TO-18 transistors should follow the screen print, with the emitter tab as shown.
