Possible Cause
• You did not insert the film correctly.
• The SPRINGS do not apply correct
pressure to the ROLLERS.
• The ROLLERS do not engage the film.
• An AIR TUBE in the DRYER RACK is
not installed correctly.
The FEED TRAY is tacky with water or
solution.
Possible Cause
• The ROLLERS have scratches or are dirty.
• The GUIDES have scratches or are dirty.
The ROLLERS have scratches or are dirty.
The FEED TRAY is dirty.
• The FEED TRAY COVER is not closed
correctly.
• The brightness in the room exceeds
1080 lux.
• The developer contaminated the fixer.
• The developer or fixer solutions are old or
contaminated.
• The DEVELOPER or FIXER
REPLENISHMENT PUMP is
malfunctioning.
Action
• Insert film at the edge of the FEED
TRAY.
• Install the SPRINGS correctly.
• Check the SPRINGS on the ROLLERS.
• Install the AIR TUBE correctly.
Check that the VENTILATION FAN is
operating correctly.
Action
• For black scratches, check and clean
the ROLLERS in the DEVELOPER
RACK.
• For white marks, check and clean the
GUIDES between the ENTRANCE
ROLLERS and the FIXER RACK.
• If necessary, install new GUIDES or
ROLLERS.
• For black scratches, check and clean
the ROLLERS in the DEVELOPER
RACK.
• For white marks, check and clean the
ROLLERS in the FIXER and DRYER
RACKS.
• If necessary, install new ROLLERS.
Clean the FEED TRAY.
• Check that the FEED TRAY COVER is
closed correctly.
• Decrease the brightness to less than
1080 lux.
• Drain the developer solution.
• Use new solutions.
• If necessary, install a new
REPLENISHMENT PUMP.
