OPERATION (SUITE)
BAIN-MARIE
Ensure that the drain tap is closed and the machine unplugged.
y
Fill with hot water to the appropriate marker : lower mark for use with 200 mm inserts and the top
y
mark for inserts lower than 200 mm.
To preheat the water quicker, place the lids on top of the tub.
y
Turn control switch to O.
y
Connect unit to power supply.
y
Turn control switch to 1.
y
The thermostat permits control of water temperature. To maintain foods above 63°C set thermos-
y
tat to 100°C.
Water temperature should be above 90°C before loading.
y
Warning : the temperature of the steel paneling under the tub is high when water is being heated.
y
It drops when in use. We advise against touching it during preheating.
The bain marie can be used.
y
LID DRAWER
The lid has three positions:
Pulled entirely towards the front, thereby completely covering the bain-marie's tub.
y
y
Half open. This position allows for serving. The user has access to the containers and may place
plates on top of the lid.
Open vertically. This position allows for cleaning and for the containers to be filled. At this point,
y
the lid may be taken off the appliance. The two parts are separable and can be put through a dish-
washer.

DRAINING TANK

Place a receptacle under the unit or attach a hose.

Open tap and drain. Be carreful : water temperature is 90°C-100°C.

PROBLEM SOLVING

Signal lamp does not light up when power is on

Water does not heat up

For all other faults contact your dealer.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

Always disconnect the unit before any maintenance.

The tank can be low-pressure hosed.
y
The exterior should not be pressure washed but sponged.
y
Use soapy water finished areas and proprietary stainless cleaners on stainless-steel parts.
