Receiving Multicast Paging

Your system administrator has set a listening paging group for you, you can automatically receive a paging call
when the phone is idle.
When there is a voice call or a paging call in progress, the phone handles the new paging call differently according
to the multicast listening settings configured by your system administrator.

Managing a Paging Call

During a paging call, you can manage it manually at any time.
Procedure
Select Hold to place the current paging call on hold.

The paging call is placed on hold and the receiver releases the session.
Select Resume to resume the held paging call.

The multicast RTP session is re-established.
Select Record to record a call.
l
Select End Call to end the paging call.

Sharing Content during a Call

During the call, you can share content with the far site from the computer, that is installed the Yealink VC Desktop
application.
It is not available to T58W phones.
Note
: If you change the call status, for example, hold a call or perform a call transfer, the content sharing automatically stops.
During the conference call, you cannot share content with other parties.
The matching Yealink VC Desktop application version is 1.28.0.1.
Before You Begin
Make sure that INFO signaling traversal or upgrading the audio call to the video call is supported by your server.
Scene 1-Far site supports video
During the video call, party A shares content from the computer using Yealink VC Desktop with party B. Party A and
party B temporarily exit the video call, and phone A prompts that it is sharing contents, and the far-site window of
phone B displays the shared content from party A. After the sharing, party A can continue the video call with the
party B.
