TROUBLESHOOTING
REMEDY
Maintain air inlet temperature below 115°F
(46°C).
Insufficient coolant flow to jackets. Defective
HP stage.
Clogged blowdown silencer- clean and
replace.
Refer to
Section 7.9.7
for blowdown valve
maintenance.
Re-tension fan belt or replace if damaged.
Check connections from transducer. If ade-
quate, replace transducer.
Clean fins.
See inlet valve adjustment, or low oil pressure,
defective 4-way solenoid valve, or defective
hydraulic cylinder.
Refer to
Section 7.9.7
for valve maintenance.
Re-tension fan belt or replace if damaged.
Clean pre-filter with water. Replace both filter
elements. If necessary, check switch.
Check air service lines for open valves or
leaks.
Check for maintenance message on
Supervisor display. Change element.
Check actuation and butterfly disc position.
Low oil pressure defective control solenoid
valve.
Check connections from transducer. If ade-
quate, replace transducer.

Section 7.9.7
for blowdown valve
maintenance.
Consult Sullair Service
Department.
Tighten or change belt. Refer to the Engine
Operator's Manual for details.
