    DRAM would normally be soldered. The interposer is designed to be soldered to the PCB footprint for the DRAM on top of either the LPDDR riser included with the W3301A interposer or an optional Grypper socket (not included with the interposer) or both. The DRAM being probed is then soldered to the top side of the interposer.

    An isolation Tip Resistor (100 Ohms) for each signal probed by the Logic Analyzer is present on the top of the W3301A interposer. No RC network present on the E5406A/B probes or on the top or bottom of the interposer.
