If Bluetooth of the computer is turned on when SmartView Pro Imager System is
connected, it may conflict with the com port (a signal connector) on the device, and
cause the malfunction. When the situation occurs, we suggest turning off Bluetooth
and try again to operate the device.

You did not connect the computer with device.
