Selecting The Image Dot - Major Science SmartView Pro 1100 Instruction Manual

Press blot Positive button and the software will automatically
analyze the dot-blot samples from the image.
Step1 Add Dot: Click Add Dot button (as box 1) to add one sample. Use
the mouse to select the sample (as box 2) from the screen. Each time
you press the Add Dot button, the system will duplicate a random
circle size. Use the cursor to adjust the circle size.
