field to 1 and the value field to greater than 0.
Count of energy accumulator resets.
Scale factor for integer energy network variables. This
value is an integer between -4 and 4. Multiply integer
energy values by 10 to the power of this variable. For
example, if this variable returns -2, multiply integer
energy accumulators by 10 (0.01). Only recalculated
-2
when meter configuration is changed, so this value may
be read infrequently.
