Spill prevention plates
(Applies to CR 1225)
Be careful, there is a risk of crushing!

The spill prevention plates that are fixed to the outside of
the System Disc front tool should travel in or just above
the ground. Note that the height setting of the spill
prevention plates should be adjusted if there are major
changes in the System Disc working depth.
To adjust the height of a plate, remove the screws (A) and
move the holder up or down in the hole series to the
desired position.

The transport lock has been set at the factory, but can be
adjusted if needed.
The length of the catch can be adjusted by moving it in
the hole series (D). Extending the catch means that the
machine can be folded out more quickly; it also means,
however, that the wheel equipment experiences greater
wear.

Adjusting the scrapers

7.4.1
SteelRunner

The scrapers should be fitted as far in between the packer
rings as possible. If the pins are worn, they can be
adjusted by moving the scraper beam.
A scraper is a requirement if SteelRunner is included in
the equipment.
7.4.1.1
Check the distance between the points and
the steel rings.

The scraper beam is adjusted in parallel with the packer.
Adjust as follows:
1. Loosen the bolts (A) to adjust the frame to create a
gap.
2. Pull back the scraper pin as far as it will go
3. Adjust it until there is a gap of 15mm between the
scraper pin and the packer.
4. Then release the scraper pin so that it swings back.
5. Tighten the bolts (A).
