２. Dynamixel Manager
The Connection tab is used to set the connection status between the PC and
dynamixel.
Opens or closes the network port of the USB2Dynamixel.
Searches a dynamixel connected to the USB2Dynamixel.
Ends the Dynamixel Manager.
