Caution
Using commercial cleaning fluids or chemicals:
Read the directions for use and precautionary
statements before use. Pay attention to the
concentration of cleaner and the length of time
the cleaner remains on the food-contact surfac-
es or equipment surfaces.
Notice
Inspect and clean fresh air intake filter
We strongly recommend using air intake filters
in all installations to protect the equipment
from grease particles. A dirty, blocked air intake
filter blocks the air vent and can cause damages
to the electronic components. Inspect, clean or
replace the air intake filters at least once a
week or as often as necessary.
Warning
Inspect silicone seal
When the silicone seal is broken, water pene-
tration could cause the appliance to fail, and
any malfunction could cause personal harm.
