5. Other Hardware Settings

5.1. Getting SpyTracer Debugging Data (for
HL6528x only)
Note: Contact your Sierra Wireless representative for more details about the SpyTracer tool.
To get SpyTracer debug data, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that:

a UART RS232 cable is connected to UART0 (CN602)
SW603 is switched to position "SPI/UART0"

 SW600 is switched to position "UART0"
2. Open the SpyTracer tool in the PC.
3. Ensure that the configuration is correct for DEF, STR files and UART_0 port settings. Click
Configuration > Link....
