AutoSelect

This function is driven by pneumatics connected the tractor's braking system, or from a separate compressor unit installed
on the sprayer. Ask your HARDI dealer if in doubt.
Combinations of Nozzles A - B
The operator may use one type of drift-reducing nozzle at the headland or at sensitive buffer zones, and a conventional
FlatFan nozzle or low-drift nozzle in the field.
The operator may also consider the wind conditions and change nozzle, if it blows more than when the nozzle was chosen
at the start of spraying.
μ
ATTENTION! To use the AutoSelect function correctly, nozzle A must always be at least one size smaller than nozzle B.
To avoid miscalculations in the system when setting the controller to run the AutoSelect automatically, nozzle A
should be at least two sizes smaller than nozzle B.

Water Sensitive Paper

Use this type of paper to help find the best air setting.
Some time spent in different types of crops with clean water in the tank
and some water sensitive paper will create a valuable experience for the
future work with your sprayer.
Test
The paper can be cut into smaller pieces (to simulate the target) and
fixed with double sided tape at relevant places in the crop.
Now spray with pure water and check the blue spots (droplets) on the
paper. This way you can test different spraying techniques.
Water sensitive paper is available at your local HARDI dealer (ask for
HARDI item no. 893211).
