Technical Support
We want you to get the maximum performance from your products. If you encounter
technical difficulties, we are here to help. For the most frequently asked questions,
you can find answers in the product documentation. These answers are normally
more detailed than the ones we can provide over the phone. So please consult this
manual first.
If you still cannot find the answer, gather all the information or questions that apply to
your problem, and with the product close to hand, call your dealer. Our dealers are
well trained and ready to give you the support you need to get the most from your
Advantech products. In fact, most problems reported are minor and are easily solved
over the phone.

FCC Class A
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A dig-
ital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to pro-
vide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is
