Rimuovere la rondella ed estrarre l'ing-
ranaggio di comando contralbero/in-
granaggio ruota libera prestando at-
tenzione a non far cadere all'interno
del motore la chiavetta.
•
Separare l'ingranaggio della ruota libera dall'ingranaggio di comando contralbero per acce-
dere alla gabbia a rulli e alla ruota libera presente all'interno.
Flywheel components check
- Check that the magnets are in good conditions.
- Check that the magnet support cage is not deformed or broken.

Checking the starter clutch

Remove the free wheel from its housing and check the rollers for signs of wear.
Check if the outer spring is sufficiently preloaded to hold the rollers in place.
Check for wear on the sliding surface of the free wheel inside its housing.
IT IS NECESSARY TO REPLACE THE HOUSING OF THE FREE WHEEL IF DEFORMATIONS OR
DEEP GROOVES ARE PRESENT ON THE SLIDING SURFACE.

Installing the flywheel

Prima di procedere con l'installazione del volano
magnete posizionare uno straccio sulle aperture
del basamento per evitare che la chiavetta di fer-
mo possa cadere all'interno del motore.
•
Posizionare la chiavetta sull'albero
motore ed inserire il volano magnete
facendo combaciare la lavorazione
con la chiavetta stessa.
