Engine from vehicle
•
Connect the cooling system pipe to the
pump, the cross member that goes to
the thermostatic valve and secure both
of them using the metal clamps.
•
Insert the two fixing screws of the radi-
ators support bracket and tighten them
to the specified torque.
•
Secure the demand sensor wiring har-
ness to the expansion tank breather
pipe using a new clamp.
•
Connect the breather pipe to the de-
mand sensor wiring harness using a
cable gland and then place the pipe on
the cable gland, connected to the radi-
ator support bracket.
