Camera setup – general [M1.2.1] [M1.1.4]
TITLE : input camera/channel (CH) names. It can be displayed (or not) on the monitor (cf M1.1.1).
COVERT : show or hide channels (ON/OFF)
AUDIO : select connected audio channels [R3].
