Page 2 Assemble in location for intended use. Hardware Packet REQUIRED TOOLS: Phillips Screwdriver, Pencil, Level, Drill with 3/8” bit -Two person assembly suggested. Remove all parts, hardware and protective packaging from carton and carefully arrange on a clean, level, padded surface. Ltr.
Page 3 Fig. 2 INSTALLING EXPANSION BOLTS Drywall 3/8” Drill Bit Teeth Tap in Bolt until teeth sink into wall surface. Create Pilot Hole Barrel Turn screw clockwise until it begins to slip. Back out approximately 1/4 inch. STEP 2: Carefully lift Shelf (C) and fit Keyhole over Screw/Bolt Heads then pull/push down to lock. Page 4 How to Create a Template for Keyhole Brackets Place a strip of Painter’s Tape over both Keyholes on back of item to be hung. Use a Screwdriver or other pointed tool to punch a hole in tape at TOP of each Keyhole. PAINTER’S TAPE OF KEYHOLE Use a Level and Pencil to mark wall at installation location.
