4. The essential health and safety requirements of the Directive 2006/42/EC, Annex I, relating to the design
and construction of the engines have been applied and fulfilled as shown in Annex A of this Declaration.
The relevant technical documentation is compiled in accordance with part B of Annex VII of the Directive.
The engines also comply with Directive 2013/53/EU (Recreational Craft Directive), when installed in
accordance with the installation instructions that accompany the engine.
5. In case of a reasoned request by the national authority, we will supply the relevant technical
information of the above named engines to the person in charge.
6. This partly completed machinery must not be put into service until the final machinery into which it has
been incorporated has been declared in conformity with the provisions of this directive, where
appropriate.
7. This declaration is made on 27 June 2018 in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
