QUICK START INSERT SPRING INTO PUMP Remove spring from inside base in packaging. Insert cylinder into lid. Screw threaded cap. Insert spring into cylinder. Insert pump head assembly into cylinder. Screw locking collar to lid. PLACE JUICE CARTON INTO BASE INSERT PUMP Pierce carton seal.
PUMP ASSEMBLY CLEAN PUMP THOROUGHLY BEFORE INITIAL USE. See page 6. CHECK GAGING COLLAR Gaging collar is to remain located between locking collar and piston. INSTALL SEAL onto head assembly piston. Apply small amount of food equipment lubricant inside seal. Flared end of seal should face away from piston head.
PUMP DISASSEMBLY During disassembly, collect small parts in a container to prevent loss. REMOVE PUMP LOOSEN CAP to disengage pump from lid. REMOVE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY FROM HEAD Loosen locking collar to release. REMOVE SPRING FROM CYLINDER REMOVE PINCH VALVE from head assembly. REMOVE SEAL from head assembly by pressing it down and off with thumb.

CLEANING • Clean the shell assembly by hand washing only. • Pump components are dishwasher safe. • Do not place any parts of this unit under, in, or near high heat, as this can melt the plastic. • A general purpose, nonabrasive cleaner may be used on hard to remove deposits.
