Intermec ActiveX Controls are ready-to-run components that you can use to print bar
codes from Windows Microsoft Office or other popular Windows applications. Using
Intermec Active X Controls to print bar codes provides the following advantages:
Uses resident printer bar code symbologies.
Provides configurable properties, such as symbology, text, font, and orientation.
Eliminates the need for additional applications, bar code fonts, or add-on tools.
Inserts scannable bar codes into documents by sending EasyCoder command
language sequences to the printer, not bit-mapped graphical data.
Enables the printer to deliver high throughput while maintaining excellent print
quality.
Uses fixed data, serialized data, data from a database, or data through a
programming interface.
