Disorders of the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints and muscles)
Arthritis and arthrosis
In contrast to treatment with medication, electrotherapy is seldom applied to the various
forms of arthritis and polyarthritis, since this is primarily a non-specific therapy. The goal of
the therapy is primarily to alleviate pain and swelling.
