signals or directional pulse inputs
Suitable for versions:
_SL, _AN
When the encoder feedback is to operate at greater than 4096 pulses
per revolution, a suitable connecting cable must be used. Each line pair
must be terminated at the system controller or PLC by a resistor of an
appropriate value and the cable shield must be connected to pin 12, as
shown.
Version _SL: Since a keypad and display are not fitted, a PC must be
used for setting up the Drive for the application. For connection details,
see Figure 2-7 Signal connections for remote control and setting up by
serial communications (PC running a dedicated application program or a
PLC) on page 12; these connections are made in addition to those
shown below.
