Montage Schwimmleinenwagen: Wir empfehlen die Montage auf einer geeigneten Unterlage vorzunehmen, damit die Profile nicht zerkratzen! Vorbereitung: Verschlag öffnen und sämtliche Teile gut übersichtlich ausbreiten. Zur Montage werden folgende Werkzeuge/Hilfsmittel benötigt: Handschuhe (zum Schutz vor möglichen Schnittverletzungen an Profilkanten)

Zur Vorbereitung für die nachfolgende Montage jeweils 2 Stck Muttern M8, DIN 934 auf 2 Stck. Gewinderingösen M8 x 25mm bis zum Gewindeende aufschrauben.

Polyamid-Buchse auf die Zapfen an der Zapfenplatte aufstecken. Dann nacheinander beide Rahmen-Seitenteile mit der quadratischen Aufnahme auf die Polyamid-Buchsen schieben. Ein Seitenteil ist mit einer aufgeschweißten Hülse für eine spä- tere Haspelarretierung ausgestattet.

Montage der Haspelarretierung: Der Schwimmleinenwagen ist aus Sicherheitsgründen für den Transport und gegen unkontrolliertes Abrollen der Schwimmleine mit einer Haspel-Arretierung ausgestattet. Auf einem der beiden Haspelträger ist eine Rohrhülse mit Gewinde M8 aufgeschweißt.

Wartung, Pflege, Sicherheitshinweise: Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig den festen Sitz der Schrauben am Schwimmleinenwagen. Prüfen Sie die Komponenten auf eventuelle Beschädigungen und tauschen Sie verschlissene Teile aus. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Wagen bei der Nutzung auf waagerechtem Untergrund abgestellt wird und der Feststeller der Lenkrolle betätigt ist, um ein Wegrollen zu vermeiden.

Assembly instructions For product codes 114 5700 & 114 5726 2. Trolley assembly We recommend assembling the parts on a smooth surface to prevent the items from getting scratched. Remove the packaging and lay out all the parts clearly. Then slide the holder of each side section onto the square polyamide bush, one after the other. One side section is equipped with a welded-on reel lock.
