10 Decommissioning - packaging

This chapter describes the correct procedure for decommissioning the
eyeletting machine.

Carry out all the tasks taking into account the "Safety regulations" described
in chapter 3.
Use the toggle switch [7/6.2.1] to switch off the machine.
Remove the mains plug.
Thoroughly clean the machine.
Remove any areas of corrosion on exposed parts and oil these using a
rag.
Wind the connecting cable up and place it on the table surface of the
machine.
If there is a foot switch, pull out the plug and wind up the cable.
Place the machine in the cardboard box in which it was delivered.
Tape the cardboard box up with adhesive tape.
Perform all the tasks listed above.
Pack the machine into a plastic film bag first of all and then add
hygroscopic drying agent.
Seal the plastic film bag in the cardboard box so that it is air-tight.
