HOW TO ATTEND TO A FAULT
POSSIBLE CAUSE OF FAULT
No water – the water supply hasn't been turned on.
Drawer cannot drain. The drainage hose may be blocked or
kinked, or the connection to drainage pipe may be blocked.
The spray arm has loosened or come off its mounting, or
water pressure is too low.
Sanitize cycle hasn't met temperature needed to sanitize
dishes. The wash may have been interrupted during the
cycle, or the water supply may have been turned off. See
section 'Setting wash modifiers'
POSSIBLE CAUSE OF FAULT
Flood detected.
Motor fault.
Temperature fault. You may need to have a tempering valve
installed on your water supply, to ensure that incoming
water is less than 65
Heating element failed.
Fault with the internal lid of the
dishwasher.
Component failure.
Fill valve fault.
Electronics fault—motor controller.
Electronics fault—wash controller.
Electronics fault—communication between drawers.
