Front & rear unload forage box

DRIVE - REAR UNLOAD
To operate this forage box as a Rear Unload, the following steps must be
followed:
1. Remove the clip pin holding drive pin in front drive sprocket assembly.
Rotate pin counter-clockwise and remove from assembly.
2. Re-insert drive pin into rear drive sprocket
Rotate pin clockwise unit it locks into groove on peg.
Secure with clip pin.
3. Adjust rear chain tightener so there is slight deflection at the center of
chain.
REAR UNLOAD DOOR
Unlock the rear door locks located on the inside of the
left and right hand rear drive shaft brackets. Latches lock
against knurled gears on rear drive shaft to hold the door
closed when operating the forage box as a rear unload.
When the tractor hydraulics are activated and the rear
drive shaft turns, knurled gears flip latches open to allow
rear door to swing free. Upon completion of unloading,
check the rear door to insure that latches are securely in
place for next load.
CAUTION: Rear door locks should be locked in position
only when using front unload. While operating rear
unload, rear door locks MUST remain unlocked.
FAILURE TO UNLOCK REAR DOOR LOCKS WHEN THE FORAGE BOX IS BEING UNLOADED TO
THE REAR WILL RESULT IN SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE FORAGE BOX.
HYDRAULICS - REAR UNLOAD
Attach hydraulic hoses (not supplied) to the metal pipes located below the unloading unit Install hydraulic
couplers compatible with the tractor hydraulic couplers to the hydraulic hose. Attach the hose couplers to
the tractor remote.
PREPARING FOR OPERATION

Replace and properly
secure all safety shields
after making change.
