Note：It should be toward clockwise when lock Pedal(22R) while toward anti-clock-
wise when lock Pedal（22L）.
Make sure both Pedal（22L）and Pedal（22R） locked well before exercise ,oth-
erwise it may led to teeth of Pedals broken.
