SLIGHT VIBRATION SUPPRESSION CONTROL
This function suppresses the variation of the pulses generated at each servo motor stop.

Restrictions on the slight vibration suppression
control
• Slight vibration suppression control is enabled only in the position mode and positioning mode.
• Slight vibration suppression control is enabled when [Pr. PA08.0 Gain adjustment mode selection] is set to "3" (manual
mode).

Settings of the slight vibration suppression
control
When using slight vibration suppression control, set the following servo parameters.

Operation of slight vibration suppression control

The slight vibration suppression control function changes the gain from the rising edge position of INP (In-position) OFF to ON
to suppress the variation of the pulses generated at a servo motor stop. When slight vibration suppression control is enabled,
the gain is calculated automatically in the servo amplifier. If the droop pulses exceed the in-position range while driving the
servo motor, the gain changes back to the original gain.
