Operation of vibration tough drive

The function block diagram for the vibration tough drive function is shown below. If the oscillation level exceeds the level set in
[Pr. PF23 Vibration tough drive - Oscillation detection level], [Pr. PB13 Machine resonance suppression filter 1] and [Pr. PB15
Machine resonance suppression filter 2] will be set according to the detected machine resonance frequency and the machine
resonance suppression filter being used. At this time, [AL. 0F0 Tough drive warning] is output for 5 s, and the number of tough
drive operations is incremented once.
