Menu Settings
Adjusting details <Detail>
Select Detail in the Paint menu to adjust the detail
level to emphasize image contours.

To turn on or off the detail adjustment
Move the arrow (t) to Detail, change the arrow to ?,
and turn the left-hand control in the multi-function
setting section to turn the detail level adjustment on or
off.
Adjust the detail level by turning the right-hand
control in the multi-function setting section.
To turn on or off the detail limiter
Move the arrow (t) to Limit, change the arrow to ?,
and turn the respective controls in the multi-function
setting section to adjust M (master limiter level), Wht
(white limiter level), Blk (black limiter level)
individually.
To adjust other detail items
Move the arrow (t) to the respective item, change the
arrow to ?, and turn the control in the multi-function
setting section to adjust the respective item.
The items are as follows:
Crsp: detail crispening
L.Dep: level dependance
H/V: detail H/V ratio
Freq: detail boost frequency
Comb: detail comb
Mix: detail mix ratio
To turn on or off the knee aperture
Move the arrow (t) to Kn Apt, change the arrow to ?,
and turn the left-hand control in the multi-function
setting section to turn the knee aperture on or off.
Use the right-hand control in the multi-function setting
section to adjust the knee aperture level.

To turn on or off the fine detail function
Move the arrow (t) to Fine, change the arrow to ?,
and turn the left-hand control in the multi-function
setting section to turn it on or off.
Use the right-hand control in the multi-function setting
section to adjust the fine detail level.
Adjusting the skin detail <Skin DTL>
Select Skin DTL in the Paint menu to adjust the detail
level of objects with specific color tones.

Auto Hue Detect:
To select the area channel whose skin detail is
adjusted
Move the arrow (t) to Channel, change the arrow to
?, and turn the left-hand control in the multi-function
setting section.
To turn on or off the skin detail gate function
Move the arrow (t) to Gate, change the arrow to ?,
and turn the left-hand control in the multi-function
setting section to turn the skin detail gate function on
or off.
When you turn the skin detail gate function on while
the skin detail function is active, the effective area is
displayed on the picture monitor.
To turn on or off the skin detail function for all
channels
Move the arrow (t) to S.DTL, change the arrow to ?,
and turn the left-hand control in the multi-function
setting section to turn the skin detail function on or off.
Use the right-hand control in the multi-function setting
section to adjust the skin detail level.
