7. Potential errors

When an error occurs, the alarm LED will turn on and the stove will automatically shut down. The respective
alarm will be shown on the remote control's display. There are several errors that can occur during operation,
which will be described in detail below.
7.1 Error caused by power outage
The display will show the message ALARM 1 BLACK OUT.
This error can occur due to a power outage or an interrupted power supply of the stove.
If this error occurs, make sure to re-establish the stove's power supply and wait for the stove to cool down
before a restart.
7.2 Error caused by a faulty smoke temperature sensor
The display will show the message ALARM 2 PROBE EXHAUST.
This error occurs when a smoke temperature higher than 283° is measured.
The smoke temperature sensor must be replaced. Call technical assistance if necessary.
7.3 Error caused by high smoke temperature
The display will show the message ALARM 3 HOT EXHAUST.
This error can occur due to:
1. An excessive amount of pellets.
2. A faulty smoke temperature sensor.
3. A faulty convection fan.
If this error occurs, check the functioning of the smoke temperature sensor and convection fan and
eventually reduce the amount of pellets in the respective heat levels.
Call technical assistance if needed.
7.4 Error caused by faulty exhaust fan and/or encoder
The display will show the message ALARM 4 FAN FAILURE.
This error can occur due to a faulty or disconnected encoder or a faulty exhaust fan.
In both cases, the motherboard receives the information that the exhaust fan does not turn correctly.
Call technical assistance to check the encoder and exchange it if necessary.
7.5 Error caused by a failed ignition
