of dust, humidity and variations in specifi c gravity.

weight by 100 or by 40 according to the rotations carried out.
The fi gure obtained will be the quantity in kilograms distributed
per hectare (Fig. 20).
It is advisable to clean the seed collectors and the seed deli-
very tubes frequently, especially in a damp climate.

3.6 SEED LEVEL IN THE HOPPER

The level of seed in the hopper can be easily controlled by the
operator from the driver's seat by checking the indicator (Fig. 27).

3.7 SEED DISCHARGE FROM THE HOPPER

Proceed as follows to discharge the seeds from the hopper:
- Extract the lock pin (A, Fig. 21) and, using the handle, move the
bush housing in the direction of the arrow.
- Release the seed-test trays (Fig. 22) and position them beneath
the seed discharge.
- for large quantities, it is advisable to use the crank on the gear
shift to rotate the agitator shaft to better control seed fl ow into
the bins. To empty small amounts of seeds, shift the doser lever
beyond position 7 (Fig. 28).
- After seed discharge has been completed, return the trays, rack,
and dosage adjustment lever to their initial work positions.
